Tilting bar knife

Background of the invention

Today the knife in the bar of a hand blender is mounted stiff to the rotation axis. While cleaning the bar after use, this brings a hassle to the user because food stuff is sticking between knife, axis and bar cage. Simple rinsing under the tap is not always sufficient requiring the user to use either additional cleaning accessories (brush, kitchen knife, sponge, and etcetera) or his/her fingers.
