Disclosed is a method to allow map content creators to leverage external requests to update content. Further the method allows content providers to solicit updates based on detected changes at a specific address. Such that the information could be leverage in a content update revenue model.
Method to Update Map Content
There are numerous maps and directories that contain content, such as photographic images in maps. The providers of these information sources update the content at regular scheduled intervals. Disclosed is a method to allow map content creators to leverage external requests to update content. Further a method to allow content providers to solicit updates based on detected changes at an address. Such that the information could be leverage in a content update revenue model. The following flow chart describes the disclosed idea in detail and is enabled by existing technologies.
