Method and system for parking rules enforcement
Actual parking in a city is becoming a critical aspect in the life and it often happens to be contravened by the local administration for incorrect parking. On the other hand it is also really disappointing for some categories like policy or people with handicap to find their parking place taken by unauthorized vehicles.
Moreover the parking check by local administration is not a continued activity so that it may happen that people experience problem with their own parking and unauthorized people are not correctly contravened. If for example a user need to park his car and found his parking busy the only thing he can do is calling the local administration and wait for them to remove the vehicle. This will take long time, causing a great disease for such people.

Each signal will then specifically profiled with some configurations that define the notification threshold time (like for example 5 minutes) and also a violation classification based on the specific category of vehicle that is using the restricted parking. In this way for example the notification tolerance can be different for an ambulance respect to a generic private vehicle.
The idea can be realized by a standalone device with which specific vehicles (handicapped people...
