Aspirational Workplace Transformation Process (business method disclosure)
Motivational systems have not evolved as the workplace has transformed from agrarian to industrial to knowledge. Today's workplaces most often misuse industrial age thinking to solve knowledge age challenges. Very few utilize empirically-supported methods for increasing productivity, creativity, and organizational citizenship behaviors while reducing bureaucracy and counter-productive work behaviors. Today's employees and challenges require autonomy, mastery, and purpose.
This invention describes a method for deployment of a virtualized workforce, optimized to ensure autonomy, facilitate mastery, and resonate purpose by transforming culture, enabling people, utilizing tools, and designing collaborative workspaces, creating an organization for other entities to replicate, all at a lower cost.
