Patent searching system and method

一种专利检索系统及方法，其可自动完成专利的检索，并在专利关联图中将检索到的专 利标识出来。该系统包括多个客户端计算机、一应用服务器及一数据库。客户端计算机用于 提供一交互式用户界面，以便于用户执行相应操作。应用服务器用于在专利关联图中检索专 利并将检索到的专利标识出来。该应用服务器包括一专利引证关系展现模块及一主处理模块。 数据库用于存取专利数据及专利间的相互关系。该系统检索专利时，首先选择要分析的专利， 设置查询条件，运行应用服务器各模块在专利关联图中检索专利并将检索到的专利标识出来。

The invention relates to an automatic patent searching system and method. It comprises several customer end computer, an application server and a database. The customer end computer is used to provide an interactive user interface, for the convenience of executing customer related operation. The application server is used to identify the patent mark in the related chart. The application server comprises a patent quotation connection module and a main treatment module. The data base is used to store and extract data and interconnection of the patent. In the process of patent searching, it starts with the patent to be searched, setting inquiry conditions, running application server module to find out the patent mark in the relevance chart.
