Stable emulsion of organic phosphoric acid ester agricultural chemical (19-Dec-1988)

PURPOSE: To obtain a stable emulsion containing an organophosphorus agent effective in preventing the formation of precipitate during storage, by using a propylene glycol derivative as a stabilizer and adding the stabilizer to an organic phosphoric acid ester agricultural chemical.

CONSTITUTION: The objective stable emulsion of organic phosphoric acid ester agricultural chemical contains at least one kind of propylene glycol derivative of formula (R₁ and R₂ are H or 1W6C alkyl; n is 1 or 2) (e.g. propylene glycol monomethyl ether). The amount of the propylene glycol derivative is 1W10wt.% based on the emulsion and is ≥0.6wt.%, preferably ≥2wt.% based on the organophosphorus agent.
