Patent retrieval method and system (01-Oct-2008)

The invention relates to a patent search method and a patent search system. The system architecture comprises a patent search interface, at least one patent database and an agent executive program. The invention establishes in advance at least one search schedule data by means of the search method processed by the system and saves the search schedule data into the patent database. Then the invention makes use of the agent executive program to gain the search schedule data of the patent database and automatically links and logs in the patent database of different countries according to the search schedule data to process a search operation, and then gain at least one patent literature corresponding with the search schedule data, so as to effectively improve searching convenience and searching validity.
