At IP.com, as at your companies, we’re focused on the health and safety of our employees, families, customers, and communities. Because of that commitment, all of our employees are working from home. We have invested in a variety of tools and programs to enable digital, remote collaboration. With our distributed workforce and many of our employees typically working remotely, this shift has been relatively smooth, and we continue to deliver the highest levels of performance, availability, and security. We’re also asking our teams to work with customers through digital channels as much as possible. We’re postponing business travel and meetings and conducting them digitally. Our customer service and support teams are fully operational and there has been no disruption of service.
